The MHB Badger Breaker® is a rubber- tired, self-propelled multi-head concrete pavement breaker which carries 544 to 793 kilograms hammers mounted laterally in pairs. Half the hammers are positioned in a forward row, while the remainder are diagonally onset in a rear row allowing continuous breakage from side to side. Each pair of hammers is attached to an independently controlled hydraulic lift cylinder, enabling the span of each breaking increment to be sized up or down as needed.
Using this revolutionary method of rubblisation, the Badger Breaker® can undertake full vehicle lane width in a single pass. It can also be deployed on development sites with large areas of concrete hardstand.
